Michala Griffin, the Founder of South East Pennsylvania Care, is a passionate advocate for mothers and families in need. She is a devoted wife to William Griffin and a loving mother to their two young sons, William and Mason. Michala’s inspiration to create the nonprofit came after the birth of her first child in 2021. During her second pregnancy in 2023, she felt a deep calling to support and uplift other mothers in her community. Just four months after giving birth to Mason, Michala courageously launched South East Pennsylvania Care with a mission to provide maternal care, support, and essential resources to parents across the Southeast Pennsylvania region. Her unwavering determination and heartfelt compassion have made a meaningful impact on countless families.

My name is Bianca Samuel. I am the Treasurer of Southeast Pennsylvania Care. By serving on the board, I assist with the goal to reduce the financial burden on mothers/guardians who are struggling to make ends meet, as we help to provide a helping hand to those who need it. As Board Treasurer, I will contribute to overseeing the organization’s daily operations and financial affairs. This includes budgeting, financial reports, etc. In collaboration with the team, we can effectively execute next best decisions.
